I love a good smoothie.  They're my go-to after a morning workout, or a great snack when I need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.  One thing I don't love, though, is getting out all the smoothie ingredients each and every day.  Enter, smoothie cups!  Simply combine all the ingredients you need for your smoothie (except the liquid) into a lidded cup and pack your freezer full of prepped smoothies ready to be enjoyed.

These smoothie cups are the perfect 24 oz size and the high-quality plastic is flexible enough to squeeze your ingredients out (I learned that was a necessary feature the hard way after trying to use a glass jar that ended up shattering).  The lid seals tightly over the cup and the straw is the perfect size to sip from.
