Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Our warehouse is open during regular business hours Monday - Friday. Any orders placed before noon MST will be shipped that same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Economy shipping ($0): We are happy to be able to provide free economy shipping on all of our products. You can expect your economy order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Priority shipping ($10): If you need your order quicker, you can pay a flat rate $10 and can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 business days.

International shipping: You can expect your order to arrive in 7-18 business days. In some countries and regions you may be required to pay additional customs/duties, charges, and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Home and Kind is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond our control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame listed above, please contact us with your order number at orders@homeandkind.com.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are grateful for your support of Home and Kind!  We also want you to be 100% happy with your order.  If for any reason you’re not, please follow these instructions to return/exchange your product within 15 days after receiving product.

Email orders@homeandkind.com for all return and exchange requests.
Please include your order number (#HK-XXXX) and your reason for returning in your email. We will do our best to exchange based on inventory availability once the order is received but can not make any guarantee.  

• All clearance purchases are final sale.
