The Big Game Snack Spread with Walmart+

The big game is coming up this Sunday! How many of you will be watching? We definitely will be! I’ll be honest though—while I enjoy football, what I’m really in it for is the food and social aspect. Food can have a big impact on a party, so it’s something I like to focus on when preparing for any social event.
Today I want to show you a fun snack idea you can use on game day. You already know I love using the paper mache letters for charcuterie boards, and this time I’m using the letters “LVI” to create the ultimate game day chips and dips spread!
Why I Love Using Walmart+
For this project, I got everything from the food to the paper mache letters delivered for free using my Walmart+ membership. This is my absolute favorite grocery delivery membership for a host of reasons. First, I love that deliveries are FREE with a Walmart+ membership. (With a $35 minimum order. Restrictions apply.) Second, I love that the groceries are the same low prices that you get in-store. I don’t have to pay a marked up price like many other grocery delivery services charge.
When I shop using my Walmart+ membership, I order everything from the intuitive app and then schedule a free delivery time that’s convenient for me. I always get my groceries quickly and love that I can add in other non-food items, too. While I do tip the driver, I think the few extra dollars are WELL worth it considering all the time saved.
If you haven’t tried Walmart+ yet, I highly recommend it. Sign up for a free 30-day trial, and I’m confident you’ll love it!
Supplies for Game Day Snack Spread
Here’s everything you’ll need from Walmart+ to create your LVI chips and dips spread:
- Potato chips
- Guacamole
- Tortilla chips
- Pretzel bites
- Baby carrots
- Celery
- Wheat Thins
- Naan bread
- Roasted garlic hummus
- Salsa con queso
- Ranch dressing
- Mini cucumbers
- Condiment cups
- Paper mache letters (I couldn’t find an I, so I ended up using two L’s and a V)

How to Make the Game Day Snack Spread
- Cut off the bottom of the “L” to turn it into an “I”
- Tape off the seam at the bottom
- Remove the top and inside of the “L” and “V” letters
- Trace the letters on parchment paper to create a liner
- Fill the condiment cups with dips and sauces, then place them inside the letters
- Add veggies, chips, and breads
- Enjoy!
Happy Football Watching and Eating!
Whether you’re a hardcore football fan or not, this snack spread is sure to make the big game even more fun!
